This site Chronicles the story of what impacts eating just a little less meat can have on our environment, and ourselves. It gives you tips and resources to start your own movement and even news on who's spreading the word (check out the piece on Mario Batalli who recently put Meatless Monday dishes on his menu at every one of his restaurants).
